Our Mission is to assist in providing affordable housing to households that are 80% or below the area's median income. The Housing Authority also supports efforts to encourage short-term housing assistance.

Mission Vista is a non-profit organization that provides supported living and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives and reach their full potential.

Adult Family Home
Coyote House Adult Family Home is a vibrant, supportive residence for adults with developmental disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Microcephaly, and more. Since opening in 2013, it has offered a safe, enriching environment designed to foster independence, community, and personal growth.
The home features seven bedrooms—five with private bathrooms—and a welcoming shared living space with stunning views and a fully equipped kitchen. Residents enjoy a full schedule of meaningful activities, from creative arts and theater to fitness, cooking, and community engagement.
The Coyote House was built on values of inclusion, respect, and diversity. Supporting each resident as a unique individual with their own strengths, goals, and interests. With personalized support, residents lead active, meaningful lives—working, volunteering, performing, and engaging with the wider community.
Families interested in learning more are encouraged to schedule a site visit. After visiting, prospective residents may request an application.

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation believes that all people can do meaningful work. People with disabilities can work with DVR to get a job and learn about job options. DVR offers tools, services, and support. Jobs can lead to more independence and connect people to their communities. Success in a job can also improve quality of life. DVR has offices all over Washington state and has been a community partner for more than 80 years.
Services We Provide:
We provide individualized vocational rehabilitation counseling, employment services and supports to people with disabilities who want to work, but face substantial barriers in finding meaningful and sustained employment.
We provide technical assistance and training to businesses regarding the recruiting and hiring of people with disabilities.

At Tierra Learning Center, we support adults with developmental disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful work through our Employment Services Program. Our goal is simple: to help individuals gain independence, build skills, and thrive in the workplace.
We offer personalized support through every step of the job process including:
building strong, professional resumes,
practicing and preparing for interviews,
completing job applications,
one-on-one job coaching, developing workplace skills,
and ongoing job retention.
We partner closely with each person to match their strengths and interests with the right employment opportunities.
